Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and manage kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.
- Handle billing, cash management, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Recruit, train, and schedule restaurant employees.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Drive daily and monthly sales while achieving business targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a QSR, café, or restaurant.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
