*Technical Sales Executive Job Summary*
Assistara is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in US technical sales, with a strong background in handling Pay-Per-Call (PPC) inbound leads, upselling technical support services for printers and antivirus solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage inbound Pay-Per-Call (PPC) technical support inquiries from customers across the US market.
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical support solutions.
* Effectively upsell printer support plans, antivirus subscriptions, and other value-added technical support services.
* Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and consultative selling.
* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
* Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and sales processes.
*Required Qualifications*
* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in technical sales for the US market.
* Hands-on experience handling Pay-Per-Call (PPC) inbound technical support calls.
* Demonstrated success in upselling printer support services and antivirus solutions.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
* Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
* Strong customer service, objection-handling, and closing skills.
* Willingness to work rotational or night shifts aligned with US business hours.
