We are seeking a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with experience in the real estate sector to lead our online marketing efforts. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads for residential/commercial projects, improving brand visibility, and maximizing ROI through strategic digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects (residential/commercial)
- Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and property platforms
- Manage and optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and increase conversions
- Handle project-wise marketing strategies including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns
- Oversee SEO, website traffic, and landing page performance
- Coordinate with channel partners and sales teams for lead conversion tracking
- Manage listings on property portals (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com)
- Develop creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies aligned with project positioning
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the real estate industry
- Track daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance and submit reports to management
- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate digital marketing (mandatory or strongly preferred)
- Hands-on 4+experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of real estate customer journey and buyer behavior
- Experience managing property portal listings
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Mumbai real estate market
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines for advertising
- Experience in high-budget lead generation campaigns
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads
