Arya Niwas Hospitality is a family-owned hospitality group with multiple hotels in Jaipur, known for warm hospitality, personalized service, and authentic guest experiences.Conduct post-stay guest feedback calls, maintain CRM records, and coordinate resolution of guest concerns.
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with agencies, vendors, and property teams, and assisting with campaigns, content, and events.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and basic HR coordination for Jai Niwas and Om Niwas.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and maintain trackers and documentation.
- Organize meetings, events, and other administrative activities.
- Take ownership of special assignments and provide day-to-day operational support to the Director.
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily follow-ups.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA, BBA, Hospitality, Marketing, or HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, hospitality, marketing coordination, HR, or customer relationship management.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional organisational skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
