THE BUSINESS COORDINATOR WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS AND ENSURING THE SMOOTH EXECUTION OF CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS. THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM), SCHEDULING AND FOLLOWING UP ON MEETINGS, AND MAINTAINING AN ORGANIZED PIPELINE OF UPCOMING MEETINGS. THE ROLE REQUIRES AN INDIVIDUAL WITH STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THE ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS EFFICIENTLY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. LEAD AND MANAGE CRM:
- OVERSEE AND UPDATE THE CRM SYSTEM TO ENSURE ACCURATE RECORDS OF CLIENT INTERACTIONS, LEADS, AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES.
- MONITOR AND TRACK LEAD PROGRESS TO ENSURE TIMELY FOLLOW-UP AND CONVERSION INTO SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
- MAINTAIN DETAILED NOTES IN THE CRM FOR ALL COMMUNICATIONS AND FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS.
2. STORE PE FOLLOW-UP (MEETING COORDINATION)
- TAKE THE LEAD IN ORGANIZING FOLLOW-UP MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND PARTNERS.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
