Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the dealership's sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and maximizing dealership profitability while maintaining the company's standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Monitor daily showroom footfall, enquiries, test drives, bookings, retail deliveries, and conversions.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales executives.
- Ensure effective customer handling and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with stock management for optimum availability.
- Develop corporate, institutional, and fleet business opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper CRM usage and timely follow-up of all enquiries.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role within an automobile dealership.

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
