Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CMD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CMD.
- Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and important company documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the CMD.
- Track follow-ups on key projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize business travel, accommodation, and expense reports.
- Welcome clients, business partners, and senior executives during meetings.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and executive summaries as required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist in planning company events, board meetings, and corporate functions.
- Perform other executive and administrative duties assigned by the CMD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Professional appearance and etiquette.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role supporting senior management.
- Experience working directly with CXOs, Directors, or Managing Directors will be preferred.

- Comfortable managing confidential information.
- Willing to travel occasionally if required.

Pay: ₹12,602.76 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
