Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Catalogue Manager to manage and optimize product listings across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent product data to enhance customer experience and drive online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product catalogue across e-commerce platforms
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all product data
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, operations) for product onboarding
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors to collect correct product information and assets
- Monitor product categorization, visibility, and online performance
- Support category management and catalogue optimization initiatives
- Identify and resolve listing errors, duplicates, and data issues
- Maintain compliance with e-commerce standards and brand guidelines
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue / product data management
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product listing workflows
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple categories and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory); catalogue tools is a plus
Preferred:
- Knowledge of product taxonomy and category structuring
