We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements for development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business & technical requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases & Acceptance Criteria.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers.
Analyze business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Create process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
Support UAT, testing, requirement validation, and issue clarification.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage requirements through the SDLC.
Must Skills Have:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Requirement Gathering.
Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories & Use Cases.
Understanding of APIs, REST APIs, databases & SQL.
Experience with Jira & Confluence.
Knowledge of UML, Process Flow & Data Flow Diagrams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
