Job Title: Exhibition Data Entry Executive
Location: Mumbai
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Exhibition Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain exhibition-related databases, client information, lead records, exhibitor details, and project documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, accurate, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain exhibitor, visitor, and client data accurately
- Update exhibition leads and customer databases regularly
- Maintain records of projects, vendors, and event details
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams for data collection
- Manage CRM and Excel databases efficiently
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Administration, or related roles
