Position: Industrial Automation Trainer
Education: Diploma/BE - Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
Experience:
- Fresher to 5 years
- Experience in Industrial Automation and Electrical fields is preferred
Skillset:
- PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS and other Industrial automation tools
- Good communication skills
- Ready to travel to different site locations
- Knowledge of Servo motor and VFD programming
- Experience with different communication protocols like RS232, RS485, Ethernet
- Expertise in troubleshooting PLC programming and panel wiring
- Knowledge of WPLsoft, ISPsoft, DOPsoft, Autostation, Hmitool, LabVIEW SCADA, SCADA Intouch Wonderware, DIA studio scada
- Experience in electrical control panel manufacturing
- Familiarity with Siemens PCS 7 V8.2 (SIMATIC Manager) and multiple Siemens Process Instruments (SIPART PS2, LR250, P300 transmitter)
- Proficiency with PLC-AB Micrologix 1400, Siemens S7 1200/1500
- Experience with SCADA systems such as I-Fix/Intouch/Wincc/TIA
- Knowledge of HMI platforms like TIA/Delta/Pro-face
- Experience with drives including Delta VFD, G110PL, Panasonic MINAS A5
- Understanding of IoT (Wecon V-BOX)
- Technical languages: Assembly, C, C++
Responsibilities:
- Conducting industrial training on Industrial Automation
- Taking care of hardware equipment and software functioning
- Delivering workshops and seminars at college level
Salary: Depending upon interview performance & experience
