Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
- Generate bills and invoices; track payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Book expenses, verify supporting documents, and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payment follow-ups
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Support GST data preparation, reconciliation, and related documentation
- Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and reporting
- Assist during audits and support preparation of financial reports
Required Skills & Competencies
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in reconciliations, invoicing, and accounting operations
- Basic knowledge of GST compliance and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Educational Qualifications
- B.Com – Mandatory
- MBA (Finance) – Preferred
- Accounting certification will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
