Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead Antheia Resorts' digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth through strategic, data-driven, and AI-powered marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and modern AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance. This role requires a self-driven professional who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Business Profile (GBP).
- Drive SEO initiatives to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Lead content strategy and social media management across major platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, agencies, and content creators to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, campaign optimization, reporting, automation, and overall marketing productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve business performance.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
Experience: 3–7 Years
