JD - Admissions & Marketing Manager
Location: Gambhiram, Visakhapatnam
Workdays & Timings: Monday to Saturday (8:30AM - 5:00PM)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Admissions Team
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Admission Counsellors and Business Development Executives (BDEs). Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team achieves admission targets.
2. Drive Admissions & Conversions
Ensure timely follow-ups on all enquiries, monitor the admission pipeline, and work closely with the team to convert prospective parents into enrolled students.
3. Monitor Team Performance
Track daily enquiries, follow-ups, campus visits, admissions, and conversion rates. Share regular performance reports with the Head – Admissions & Marketing and recommend improvement strategies.
4. Support Lead Generation Activities
Coordinate with the BDE team to expand partnerships with pediatricians, educational institutions, residential communities, academies, and other referral sources to generate quality leads.
5. Parent Counselling & Escalation Handling
Counsel prospective parents for key admissions, resolve concerns, handle escalations, and ensure a smooth and positive admission experience.
6. Coordinate Admission Campaigns & Events
Work closely with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to execute admission campaigns, school events, open houses, workshops, and promotional activities.
7. CRM & Admission Data Management
Ensure all enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions are accurately updated in the CRM/Excel. Maintain admission reports and dashboards for management review.
8. Team Training & Development
Coach and mentor the admissions team on counselling, communication, objection handling, and conversion techniques to improve overall performance.
9. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Academic, Administration, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless admission process and excellent parent experience.
10. Ensure Target Achievement
Take ownership of monthly and annual admission goals by driving team productivity, monitoring KPIs, and implementing corrective actions whenever required.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).
2. Minimum 4+ years of experience in admissions, sales, counselling, marketing or business development is required
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent English communication, counselling, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Willingness to travel locally & attend the events outside school whenever required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
