Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of CCTV products and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the system.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely material availability and deliveries.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety of CCTV equipment and electronic components.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
- Manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor team performance.
- Optimise warehouse space utilisation and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
- Track pending orders, dispatch schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce losses or damages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the CCTV, electronics, or security systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP/warehouse management systems and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of CCTV products, accessories, and electronic inventory handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organisational skills.
