We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the overall operations of the resort and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Resort Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating across departments, maintaining service standards, and driving profitability while upholding the resort’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, spa, and recreation
- Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent service excellence
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, procurement, and revenue management
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external agencies
- Monitor property upkeep, facilities, and asset management
- Prepare operational reports and support strategic planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a senior hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities
- Financial acumen and operational expertise
- Willingness to reside on-site or work flexible hours as required
