We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to support our recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while helping us build a high-performing team.
Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, attendance management, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Academic Counsellors, Inside Sales Executives, Student Relationship Managers, CRM Executives, and other support roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule and manage walk-in interviews and hiring events.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee data.
- Assist in payroll coordination and employee verification processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture.
Performance Management
- Support performance review and appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance metrics and probation reviews.
- Coordinate with managers regarding employee development plans.
HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee MIS reports.
- Generate hiring and attrition reports for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software/CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) preferred.
- Graduate with relevant HR experience may also apply.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, BPO, or Sales hiring will be an added advantage.
