Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, phone calls, and online channels.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Promote the company's laser machines and industrial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment, machinery, or engineering products preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
