Marketing Executive – MQL Management
We are looking for an in-house marketing resource who owns the first conversation with every inbound lead. This role is critical—it sits between marketing and sales, ensuring only the right opportunities move forward.
Every inbound inquiry—whether from campaigns or referrals—needs to be qualified, understood, and shaped before it reaches sales. That’s where this role comes in.
The focus is simple: validate intent, filter noise, and pass only high-quality, sales-ready leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound inquiries from marketing channels and referrals
- Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, intent, and fit
- Qualify and validate MQLs before passing them to the sales team
- Maintain and update all lead details and interactions in the CRM
- Track lead progress and ensure no opportunity is lost due to lack of follow-up
- Act as the bridge between marketing and sales for lead clarity
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and probing skills
- Ability to understand business requirements quickly
- Structured thinking when qualifying leads
- High ownership—ensures every lead is tracked and progressed
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
