Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to sell residential flats/apartments for our builder projects. The role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project details, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a smooth customer buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle leads from various sources (online inquiries, walk-ins, references, campaigns).
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their requirements.
- Present project details including flat layouts, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for customers.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for flat bookings.
- Maintain customer relationships from enquiry stage to agreement/possession.
- Coordinate with CRM, finance, and documentation teams for booking process.
- Explain home loan options and assist customers with required documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status.
- Keep track of competitor projects and market trends.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in residential real estate sales (builder/developer projects preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Knowledge of property sales process and local market.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Ability to work on weekends and attend site visits.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
