Qualification: Diploma or BE (ECE) with 5+ years of Experience in AV field.
Preferably good at communication both verbal and written.
AV Certification is must.
Structured cabling for audio, video, control & termination.
Installation of AV devices.
Lighting control system & automation system.
Cable management & rack building for all AV devices.
Setup and install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projector, video monitors.
Monitor sound feeds to ensure quality.
Setup video conference.
Test and resolve equipment issues.
Ensures all work compiles with company policies, procedures, standards and conventions.
Assures each system’s physical completeness is in accordance with installation drawings.
Maintain an on-going dialog with lead installation technician and Project Engineers ensuring that work quality, performance, and materials meet required schedules and expectations.
Follows and maintains proper safety practices.
Solid ability to manage and lead team with standards.
Adapt at working with subcontractors and managing remote operations.
Provided technical support for AV as necessary.
Ensured that all scheduled projects were completed on time.
Maintained database of all AV activity and Tech updates.
Reviewed and processed installation updates and reports.
Strong professional work ethics.
