Webstones IT solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1+ years of experience in sales, freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and client relationship management, this opportunity is for you!.
Responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationship with team, presenting product and services, negotiating contracts.
Our Responsibilities:
- Bidding
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, , and others.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals tailored to client requirement.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Must be highly responsive and ensuring completions.
- Responsible for approving accounts of the bidding platform and managing accounts.
- Analyzing market trends
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and problem solving skills.
- Self motivated and target oriented.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
