Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the HR Operations and Recruitment team.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Monitor manpower planning and ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Review and maintain employee records, HR documentation, appointment letters, contracts, and HRMS data for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate monthly attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, Full & Final settlements, and statutory deductions with the Finance team.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, labour law documentation, and statutory records.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes, ensuring adherence across the organization.
- Support the implementation of Performance Management System (PMS), employee development initiatives, and training programs.
- Handle employee queries, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee relations in accordance with company policies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and HR events.
- Generate and review HR MIS, recruitment reports, payroll reports, compliance trackers, and other management reports.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of HR Executives and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Payroll, HRMS, and statutory compliance.
- 4–6 years of overall experience in Human Resources, with exposure to both Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading or supervising an HR team is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, IT, BPO, or Service industry will be preferred.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a master's degree in human resource management.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
