What You'll Do - - - - - - - - Gather requirements directly from senior business stakeholders (CEO and analyst team) and translate them into clear, documented specs Build full-stack applications on our primary stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, React, with Postgres, SQLite, and MongoDB Write your own test cases and run manual tests before handing anything to UAT Run the full delivery process end-to-end: spec, build, test, document, UAT, feedback iteration, final delivery, and post-launch support Maintain clean, current documentation for everything you ship - engineering and user-facing Inherit and maintain existing applications: read other people's code, fix bugs, refactor where needed, ship new features Use AI coding tools (we use Claude Code heavily, along with others) as a core part of your workflow - not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier you have already integrated into how you work Provide ongoing support for applications in production as our user base grows
What You'll Need - - - - - - - 4+ years of professional software development experience (3 years considered only for exceptional candidates with a clear delivery track record) Hands-on production experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React - not tutorials, real shipped applications Working knowledge of relational and document databases (Postgres, SQLite, MongoDB or equivalents) - enough to write decent queries, design reasonable schemas, and debug data issues Demonstrated experience running a full delivery cycle: you have personally taken something from a stakeholder's verbal ask through to a deployed, documented, supported application Active, fluent use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) in your current day-to-day work - candidates who have not seriously adopted these tools will not be a fit Strong written and spoken English - this is non-negotiable. You will communicate directly with senior business stakeholders and US-based clients. Weak English is an automatic disqualifier regardless of technical strength. Comfort with ambiguity and direct feedback - you will not be handed perfectly groomed tickets; you will be handed problems and asked to figure them out Nice to Have - - - - - Experience building B2B SaaS applications or operator-facing tooling Familiarity with self-hosted infrastructure (Docker, VPS, Coolify, or similar) Exposure to workflow automation tools like n8n Experience with survey, research, or data-analysis applications Background in a small team or startup where ownership is broad
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
