- Set up and manage product catalogs on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) to ensure accurate pricing and inventory availability.
- Write compelling product descriptions and implement SEO and keywords to improve search rankings and product discoverability.
- Monitor and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, run platform deals, and manage discount strategies
- Track key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to adjust sales strategies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Must have 1–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify), marketplace seller portals (Amazon Seller Central), and analytics tools
- Strong ability to analyze data in Excel or Google Sheets to make informed, data-driven decisions.
