Job Title: Business Solutions Executive

Location: Katara Hills, Bhopal
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role:
BearTech is hiring a Business Solutions Executive who will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable technology solutions in the field of GPS Tracking, Biometric Attendance, and CCTV Systems.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, problem-solving, and professional growth in the IT solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Handle client interactions (meetings, calls, follow-ups)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Assist in solution presentations and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain client data, reports, and updates
- Identify opportunities for improving customer experience
- Support business growth through client engagement
Eligibility & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream) preferred
- Fresher / 0–2 years experience can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
- Willingness to learn and grow in IT solutions domain
- Self-motivated and responsible
