We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fashion Merchandiser cum Store Manager to lead our boutique operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Job Summary
The Fashion Merchandiser cum Store Manager will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operations of the boutique, including fashion merchandising, inventory management, visual merchandising, CRM, customer experience, team supervision, and store profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of luxury fashion retail and women's ethnic wear.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations.
- Ensure smooth store opening and closing.
- Supervise retail sales executives and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor store cleanliness, visual presentation, and customer service standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly store sales targets.
- Coordinate billing, alterations, and customer deliveries.
Fashion Merchandising
- Plan and execute attractive product displays.
- Arrange merchandise by collection, occasion, season, and colour.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Recommend replenishment and new product requirements.
- Coordinate new collection launches.
- Ensure all products are properly tagged and displayed.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Coordinate stock inward and outward.
- Manage stock replenishment and transfers.
- Identify dead stock and recommend clearance strategies.
- Minimize stock losses and inventory discrepancies.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain customer database and purchase history.
- Record customer measurements and preferences.
- Build relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding new arrivals, festive collections, alterations, and deliveries.
- Execute WhatsApp, phone, and email follow-ups.
- Increase repeat purchases through personalized customer engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Team Management
- Train and motivate the retail sales team.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure high customer service standards.
- Conduct regular product knowledge and styling sessions.
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards.
- Plan window displays and seasonal themes.
- Refresh displays based on new arrivals and promotions.
- Ensure attractive presentation throughout the boutique.
Vendor & Product Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Track production timelines and deliveries.
- Ensure product quality and timely availability.
- Coordinate alterations and custom orders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in fashion retail, designer boutiques, or luxury apparel.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a fashion-conscious, customer-focused, and organized professional who can independently manage boutique operations while maintaining premium service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong merchandising skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for luxury ethnic fashion.
Pay: ₹11,987.34 - ₹25,000.00 per month
