Job Description:
Hiring: Area Restaurant Manager
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000
Experience: 8-10 years (Hospitality preferred Mumbai based candidates only) .
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets
Ensure smooth functioning, quality service & customer satisfaction
Manage and train outlet teams
Monitor sales, costs, and overall performance
Maintain brand standards and hygiene protocols
Coordinate with kitchen & bar teams for efficiency
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of liquor & bar operations
Well-groomed, disciplined, and presentable
Good leadership & team management skills
Ability to handle multiple outlets efficiently
Candidates from Mumbai-Western Suburban preferred
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
