Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals and assist in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architecture.
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying techniques.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
