Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation and client acquisition. The candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn for generating business opportunities and managing client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Draft proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with prospects.
- Handle client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client handling.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Ability to write professional proposals and emails.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience in international client handling.
- Understanding of web/mobile app development services is a plus.
