About Us
Jaipur Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (JGS) is a growing e-commerce solutions company with an on-premise server infrastructure, an in-house mobile application, and a corporate website. We are looking for a capable and hands-on IT Manager to take full ownership of our IT operations and lead the internal tech support function.
Role Overview
You will be the single point of accountability for all IT infrastructure at JGS — from server management and network security to end-user support and team supervision. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical depth and people management ability.
Key Responsibilities
Server & Infrastructure
- Manage and maintain the on-premise server hosting our website and internal application
- Ensure server uptime, performance monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery
- Configure and manage virtual machines (VMware / Hyper-V or equivalent)
- Handle domain, DNS, firewall, network, and security configurations
Application & Website Support
- Coordinate with the development team for deployments and server-side configurations
- Monitor hosting environment and respond to downtime or performance issues promptly
Team & End User Support
- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 IT executives
- Oversee desktop/laptop support for all employees
- Manage Microsoft 365 — user management, email, Teams, SharePoint, and licenses
- Provide WFH support — VPN setup, remote access, and connectivity troubleshooting
Security & Surveillance
- Configure and maintain CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices
- Implement and enforce IT security policies across the organization
- Manage antivirus, access control, and software licensing
Vendor & Procurement
- Liaise with hardware/software vendors for procurement, AMC, and support contracts
- Evaluate and recommend technology upgrades when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management
- Hands-on server management experience — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of virtual machines, networking, firewalls, and VPN
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with biometric systems and CCTV configuration
- Prior team handling experience
- Good problem-solving ability with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) and IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, MCP) are a plus
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
