Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain transformers, HT/LT panels, MCCs, PCCs, DG sets, UPS systems, motors, and distribution boards.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.
Projects & Installation
- Execute electrical installation projects, including new equipment commissioning.
- Review electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections and electrical audits.
- Implement electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and permit-to-work systems.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and emergency response requirements.
Energy Management
- Monitor electricity consumption and identify opportunities for energy savings.
- Recommend and implement energy-efficient solutions.
- Analyze utility bills and optimize power utilization.
Documentation
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, equipment history, and breakdown analysis.
- Update electrical drawings and documentation.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of electrical materials and services.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Verify bills and work completion reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
