Job Title: Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
Financial Reporting and Analysis
· Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Accounts Management
· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
· Monitor and ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
Budgeting and Forecasting
· Assist in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of annual budgets.
· Track variances and recommend corrective actions.
Taxation & Compliance
· Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
· Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Internal Controls & Audit
· Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
· Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
MIS & Cost Management
· Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports.
· Analyse costs and recommend cost-saving measures specific to manufacturing operations.
Team Management & Training
· Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
· Organise periodic training and upskilling for team members.
Process Improvement
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Requirements:
· B.com (H) regular /CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 5-years of experience in same position is preferred).
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
· Proficient in ERP/accounting software and MS Office suite.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
