We are Kerala’s first and fastest-growing DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising network. DOOH advertising refers to digital advertisements displayed on large-format digital screens in public spaces.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Senior Operations Executive – Ad Operations to manage campaign publishing operations, sales coordination, reporting, and inventory management across our DOOH network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign publishing and execution
- Coordinate with sales teams on campaign delivery and timelines
- Handle campaign scheduling, creative uploads, and inventory allocation
- Monitor live campaigns and resolve operational issues
- Track campaign delivery and maintain operational reports
- Improve operational workflows and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent coordination and execution skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Any operations, coordination, or execution background is a plus
