Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare Manufacturing / Life Sciences to support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in SAP/ERP, Salesforce CRM data, commercial analytics, and business process documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flows.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand commercial and operational processes.
- Analyze Sales, Campaign, Customer, and Commercial data.
- Collaborate with SAP/ERP and Salesforce teams to support business initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Healthcare Manufacturing or Life Sciences domain experience (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM Data.
- Hands-on experience in Sales, Campaign, Customer, and Commercial Analytics.
- Excellent Business Process Documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder communication and analytical abilities.
Mandatory Requirements
- UAN/PF verification-based Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory.
- Vendor bench candidates will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
