Hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – Audit & Taxation Location: Pune Experience: 4–6 Years Qualification: CA / CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com Openings: 2 CTC: ■3.90 Lakh – ■4.80 Lakh per annum Industry: Finance / Real Estate / Professional Services / CA Firm About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CA / CA Inter / M.Com professional with strong knowledge of Audit, Income Tax, TDS, GST, RERA, Project Finance, Tally and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple assignments, handling client accounting and compliance requirements, supporting audit engagements, and managing a small team. Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute multiple assignments independently and within defined timelines. • Lead and supervise small teams and monitor task completion. • Handle Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, RERA, Bank, Interim, and Transfer Pricing Audits. • Conduct internal/revenue audits to identify errors, control gaps, potential fraud, and misrepresentation. • Handle accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliances including GST, Income Tax, and TDS. • Handle RERA-related accounting, compliance, and audit requirements. • Develop reporting formats, financial statements, and management documents. • Ensure timely completion of assignments with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. • Coordinate with clients, auditors, consultants, banks, and internal teams. • Identify process improvements and implement effective financial controls. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Accounting, Audit, GST, Income Tax, and TDS. • Working knowledge of RERA. • Good command of MS Excel and Tally. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines. • Team-handling and coordination skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
