Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and generate sales.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
