- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in customizing and extending enterprise software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect different software components.
- Good understanding of version control systems and collaborative development tools.
