Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples using standard venipuncture procedures.
- Perform home sample collection visits as per assigned schedules.
- Label, pack, and transport samples according to laboratory protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
- Ensure patient comfort and address basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely sample submission.
- Maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
Eligibility
- DMLT / BMLT or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in blood/sample collection.
- Freshers with strong practical phlebotomy skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for home sample collection.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
