We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Personnel to join our 4-star hotel team in Delhi. You will be the "invisible shield" of our property, ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and assets while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our high service standards. - Surveillance & Patrolling: Conduct regular foot patrols of all hotel areas, including guest floors, corridors, elevators, parking lots, and back-of-house zones.
- CCTV Monitoring: Actively monitor surveillance systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities or potential threats in real-time.
- Access Control: Manage and monitor all entry and exit points for guests, staff, and vendors, including vehicle inspections and baggage scanning where required.
- Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire incidents, or security breaches, following established hotel protocols.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely at entrances, verify identities when necessary, and provide assistance with directions or security concerns with a customer-first approach.
- Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and prepare detailed reports for any irregularities, thefts, or accidents observed during your shift. Hospitality.Institute +6
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Preferably 1–3 years of security experience in the hospitality industry or corporate sector.
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; a degree in a related field is a plus for supervisory roles.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid private security license as per PSARA 2005 guidelines. Valid CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Sound judgment and the ability to stay calm under high-pressure situations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with fire safety equipment, X-ray scanners, metal detectors, and basic computer systems. Hospitality.Institute +9
