Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Contract Staffing

Key Responsibilities
- Volume Hiring: Manage 15–25 open contract positions at a time across Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, SAP
- Rapid Sourcing: Build pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, internal database, vendor partners, and referrals.
- Tech + Contract Screening: Assess technical fit, notice period, rate expectations, remote/hybrid comfort, and contract tenure fit in first call
- Client Submissions: Create crisp consultant summaries. Ensure only 100% JD-matched profiles go to client
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive buy rates with contractors while protecting margins. Explain contract terms clearly
- Compliance & Onboarding: Coordinate BGC, documentation, NDA, MSA/SOW signing with ops team. Ensure day-1 readiness
- Bench Management: Engage existing bench consultants, map skills to new reqs, reduce idle time
- Stakeholder Sync: Daily connects with Account Managers and client SPOCs for feedback and priorities
- MIS & ATS: Maintain real-time tracker. Update Ceipal/ATS with submittals, interviews, offers, joins
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years in IT contract staffing/technical recruitment
- Proven record of closing 5–8 contract joins per month
- Strong Boolean + X-ray search. Expert on job boards
- Understands contracting terms: C2H, hourly, retainer, notice buyout, 3-month contracts
- Can screen for: Tech stack, hands-on vs theoretical, client-facing skills, stability
- High sense of urgency and ability to handle rejections/dropouts
