Project Engineers (MEP) – Building Services (Electrical / Mechanical)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services
Relevant Experience: 8–10 years
Job Summary:
Responsible for on-site execution and integration of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and related services for high end hospitality and large-scale integrated township master plan residential projects with amenities and utilities infrastructures
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning of all building services.
Track MEP progress as per construction schedules and resolve technical issues.
Interface with civil and architectural teams for integrated delivery.
Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability benchmarks.
Perform any other duties that the company management may entrust, as per project or organizational needs.
Requirements:
Strong exposure to hospitality/residential building services and site utilities infrastructure
Familiarity with Jodhpur/Rajasthan MEP suppliers.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant MEP design software.
Strong grip on daily site operations and inter-trade coordination and daily work progress achievements.
Accurate, efficient reporting & good presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
