Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Ward Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the ward, ensure high-quality patient care, and supervise nursing and support staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate nursing and ward staff activities.
* Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols.
* Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate records.
* Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare departments.
* Manage staff schedules and duty assignments.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards.
* Maintain adequate stock of medicines, equipment, and supplies.
* Handle patient and family concerns professionally.
* Prepare ward reports and documentation.
Requirements:
* Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification.
* Previous experience in ward management or nursing supervision preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of hospital procedures and patient care standards.
