The Training Officer is responsible for identifying training needs, planning and delivering employee training programs, coordinating learning activities, and evaluating training effectiveness. The role focuses on improving employee skills, enhancing performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth across sales, service, and support functions.
Experience . 2–5 years of experience in Learning & . . .Development, preferably in the automobile industry. Experience in dealership operations or OEM training coordination is preferred.
