Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Polyglot Developer + Testing Engineer with strong expertise in Full Stack Development, Quality Engineering, and AI-driven application testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in API automation, UI testing, Generative AI validation, and modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test scalable full-stack applications.
- Validate and test Generative AI and LLM-based applications throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs and UI applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and workflow testing.
- Design and execute test cases for AI-driven systems, including prompt validation and response verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and testing issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development and Quality Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI testing frameworks.
- Expertise in API automation and functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Karate
- Postman
- Playwright
- Browser Agent
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and System Design principles.
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker-based environments.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM validation concepts such as:
- Prompt Testing
- Response Validation
- Hallucination Detection
- Workflow Testing
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Exposure to Vector Databases and Prompt Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and AI testing methodologies.
