We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our Tours & Travels. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting travel packages, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for domestic and international travel packages.
- Promote tour packages, holiday plans, group tours, corporate travel, and customized travel solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
