We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The intern will support the recruitment team in hiring for FMCG General Trade positions across PAN India, with exposure to high-volume and multi-location recruitment.

Support PAN India recruitment for FMCG General Trade roles across multiple locations.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment databases, and other channels.

Identify and attract candidates for Sales, Distribution, General Trade, and other FMCG-related positions.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate calls to assess experience, skills, location preference, and suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/business teams.

Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.

Assist with onboarding activities for selected candidates.

Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.

Support the team in meeting location-wise and business-wise hiring targets.

Assist in other Talent Acquisition and HR activities as required.

Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good candidate handling, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Comfortable making calls and interacting with candidates across different locations in India.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.

Interest in FMCG sales and General Trade hiring will be preferred.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.

Exposure to PAN India FMCG General Trade recruitment.

Experience in high-volume and multi-location hiring.

Practical exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
