Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Must be able to commute daily to our office at Office 424, DLF Cyber City, Patia, Bhubaneswar.
- Comfortable working from the office (this is not a remote or hybrid position).
- Willing to follow Nexttut's SOPs, workflows, company systems, and quality standards.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ownership.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit premium online courses.
- Edit YouTube tutorials and educational videos.
- Edit YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Improve pacing, storytelling, and viewer engagement.
- Add simple motion graphics where required.
- Export videos in required formats.
- Ensure videos meet Nexttut's quality standards.
Graphic Design
- Design YouTube thumbnails.
- Create social media graphics.
- Design promotional banners.
- Update existing Photoshop templates.
- Prepare graphics for marketing campaigns.
File & Project Management
- Organize project files and folders.
- Follow the company's file naming conventions.
- Upload completed work to Google Drive.
- Maintain proper backups of project files.
- Keep projects organised and accessible for the team.
Team Collaboration
- Report to the Social Media Manager.
- Work closely with the Founder and other team members.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and workflows.
- Meet project deadlines.
- Provide regular progress updates.
- Participate in team discussions and planning.
Experience
- 1–3 years of professional experience is preferred.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
