- Load and unload components in VMC / CNC machines.
- Run machine programs as per component requirements.
- Read engineering drawings and manufacture components accordingly.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Ensure production quality and accuracy standards.
- Monitor tool condition and inform supervisors when replacement is required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Handle finished goods with proper identification.
- Follow shopfloor safety rules and production discipline.
- Support production targets and reduce rejection/rework.
- Operate & Program VMC machines (Fanuc / Siemens Control)
- Manual/CAM programming + G & M codes editing
- Fixture setup, tool offset, work offset, job setting
- Read & interpret engineering drawings
- Measure & inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.
- Maintain quality output & production targets
Skills: VMC Programming, Tool selection, Precision machining, and Measuring instruments knowledge.
- Strong knowledge in G & M Codes.
- Good knowledge in tool selection & machining parameters.
- Ability to handle precision machining independently.
- Good measurement & inspection knowledge.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
