Job Title - Waiter / Waitress (Male / Female)

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waiter / Waitress to join our café team. The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, handling billing, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Welcome customers and guide them with the menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks to customers politely and efficiently. Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
2. Order & Billing Management Coordinate with the kitchen staff for order preparation. Deliver orders to customers quickly and correctly. Handle billing and payment at the counter if required.
3. Café Maintenance Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and serving area. Clear used dishes and reset tables for new customers. Ensure the café environment is neat and welcoming.
4. Support Kitchen & Operations Assist kitchen staff during rush hours. Help in packing takeaway or online delivery orders. Inform management about low stock or customer feedback.
Skills Required
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of food items and beverages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced café/QSR environment.
Polite, presentable, and team player attitude.
Qualification - 10th / 12th pass preferred. Prior café / restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours - 10 hours shift (including weekend availability). Salary - ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + incentives
